A refreshing and fruity drink, perfect for summer.
Prepare a syrup with the sugar and water by cooking for 8 minutes at 100°C. Turn off the heat and add the basil leaves to infuse, then let the syrup cool and remove the basil leaves.
In a blender, pour the syrup and cucumbers, then blend until smooth.
Add the ice, tonic water, and Latin Gin Beach, blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish with cucumber slices and a few basil leaves.
During preparation, make sure to use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
