Slice the zucchini thinly lengthwise.
Grill them on a very hot grill pan.
In a pot, add plenty of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
When the oil is well-flavored, add the zucchini as well.
Let them absorb the flavors and then deglaze with vinegar for a few minutes.
