An easy appetizer idea with few ingredients and super tasty! Also great to have on the table during the holidays!
Cut the puff pastry into 8 triangles.
Place a tablespoon of tomato sauce and some vegan mozzarella or melting vegan cheese at the base of each triangle.
Close the triangles by rolling from the base to the tip and sealing the edges well.
Brush the pastries with a little extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
