
Light and digestive protein smoothie, designed to be low FODMAP if the indicated portions are respected. Refreshing thanks to the pineapple and lime, with a hint of ginger to aid digestion.

Put cold water (or lactose-free milk) and the scoop of whey isolate in the blender.
Add the pineapple and the small slice of fresh ginger.
Add ice to taste.
Blend until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Taste and, if you desire a fresher flavor, add lime juice and mix briefly.

To keep the smoothie low FODMAP, respect the indicated portion of pineapple (120 g). If using milk, choose lactose-free milk. Store in the refrigerator and consume within a few hours for better freshness.
