In a bowl, whisk together 100 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, and milk.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder, stirring continuously.
Beat the egg whites with 60 g of sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mixture with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into muffin cups, placing a few pieces of white chocolate in the center, and bake in a preheated static oven at 175°C for about 20-25 minutes.
