
Zucchini sautéed with cooked ham, extra virgin olive oil and basil: a simple and quick dish to prepare in just a few minutes, without butter and without cheese! A way to get even the little ones to eat vegetables!

Wash the zucchini, trim the ends and cut them into slices.
Blanch them for just a few minutes.
Cut the ham into cubes and start cooking it in a pan with the basil and the oil.
After 5 – 6 minutes, add the zucchini and the broth.
Continue cooking on high heat.
Serve with plenty of pepper (optional).
