Add warm soy milk until a smooth cream forms.
Add a pinch of baking soda and a few drops of lemon.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute at 1000W, then for 30 seconds at 600W.
With a spoon, remove part of the surface to create a space for the cream.
Fill with ricotta and jam.
