  • Milkas needed
  • Pistachio chocolate with no added sugar10g

Preparation

    Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Add the egg, oat flakes, and a splash of milk if necessary, mixing well.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Place the square of pistachio chocolate in the center.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Cook in the air fryer at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.

    Once ready, garnish as desired with pistachio protein cream or other toppings of your choice.
