Mix in a bowl 40 g of lupin flour (or oats for a classic version), 30 g of coconut flour, 20 g of FITPORN low-fat bitter cocoa, a jar of natural soy plant-based yogurt, 65 g of egg white, 5 g of extra virgin olive oil, erythritol, cinnamon, natural vanilla flavor, and a pinch of salt.
Add plant-based drink until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture, then incorporate two pinches of baking soda and a few drops of lemon.
Pour the mixture into a 12 cm diameter round mold and cook at 1000W for 5 minutes.
