Quick version of pizza cooked in a pan without turning on the oven: dough made with yogurt and flour, cooked in a pan and topped with sauce and cheese.

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, flour, and baking powder and mix with a spoon until a smooth dough is obtained.
Knead briefly by hand until a compact ball is formed.
Let the ball rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough in half and form two thin discs.
Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and cook each disc for 4 minutes until the base is golden.
Reduce the heat to low, spread the tomato sauce over the surface, cover with a lid, and cook for another 15 minutes.
In the last 5 minutes, add the cheese on top of the sauce, keep the lid on and the flame low until the cheese melts.
Serve hot, adjusting with salt and a drizzle of oil to taste.
