- Coffee bean covered in dark chocolate

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Cook 30 g of oats in 150 ml of milk (including plant-based) and a cup of coffee.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Add a teaspoon of chia seeds and stir.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Sweeten to taste with sugar, erythritol, honey, or another sweetener.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Pour the mixture into a jar and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, top with a layer of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cocoa.
