
Soy and Seed Loaf Bread

- Soy flour

200g200g - Sourdough starter
150g150g - Water
300g300g - Olive oil
50g50g - Milk
50g50g - Salt
12g12g - Mixed seeds (flax and black sesame)to taste
Preparation

Mix the flours in a large bowl.

Add the sourdough starter and water, kneading until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
