
As soon as you start the preparation, set the oven to the highest temperature to preheat it.
Immediately put the chia seeds in a bowl with 30 ml of water and let them soak for 5 minutes.
Then, in a container, mash a banana with a fork and add all the ingredients.
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and form 4 cookies on the paper, each weighing about 60 g, using a spoon and giving them a round shape.
Bake the cookies on a tray covered with parchment paper for 20-25 minutes in a static oven at 180°C. Remove them from the oven and let them cool before serving.
