Preparation

    Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half, season them with salt and extra virgin olive oil.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Spray oil on a parchment paper for air fryer, place the tomatoes on top creating "flowers."

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Cut the puff pastry and place each round on the tomatoes, brush the pastry with a little milk if preferred.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Cook in the air fryer at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Remove from the fryer and finish with dollops of ricotta and basil.
