Unroll the pizza base, cover it with a not too thick layer of pesto, add the scamorza cheese slices and the cherry tomatoes previously washed and cut (you can season them with a bit of salt and oil if you prefer).
Roll the pizza from the long side, cut about 8/9 "sandwiches".
Brush with the yolk mixed with a teaspoon of milk.
Finish with sesame seeds.
Cook in an air fryer or preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
You can serve them with a platter of cold cuts or make the filling richer with pieces of sausage or salami.
