


Wash the apples, remove the core if preferred, and slice them very thinly with a sharp knife or a mandoline.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Add lemon juice and stir lightly.
Distribute the apple slices in a bowl and sprinkle them with the sugar and cinnamon mixture, gently mixing to coat them.
Arrange the slices in the air fryer in a single layer, avoiding overlaps. Lightly spray with oil if you want more crunch.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for about 10-15 minutes, checking for browning: cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the slices and the model of air fryer.
Allow the chips to cool on a rack; they will become crunchier as they cool. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
