Preparation

Cut the bread into slices about 2 cm thick and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Wash and cut the tomatoes in half and slice the mozzarella into rounds.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Wash the basil leaves and chop them coarsely.
- STEP 4 OF 6
In a bowl, pour the oil, tomatoes, mozzarella, and a pinch of salt, then mix to season.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Rub the garlic cloves on the toasted bread slice to flavor it, then pour the tomato and mozzarella mix on top.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Finally, drizzle a little oil over the bruschetta before serving.
