Preparation

    Boil the squid in boiling water with the garlic and the lemon cut in half for 15 minutes.

    Drain the squid, let them cool, and cut them into rings.

    Cut all the ingredients for the salad composition: halve the datterino tomatoes, chop the crab sticks, mango, and carrot.

    Compose the salad by first placing the lamb's lettuce on the plate, then the arugula, carrots, Taggiasca olives, crab sticks, datterino tomatoes, mango, and finally the squid.
