

Flourless and sugar-free apple cake: a light, healthy, and simple dessert made with only three ingredients and cooked in an air fryer. Ideal for breakfast, a snack, or as a light dessert.
Prepare the ingredients: wash the apple, peel it, remove the core and cut it into pieces. Measure 100 g of apple without the scraps.
Blend everything together: in a blender or with an immersion mixer, combine the chopped apple, the egg, and the Greek yogurt. Blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture, with a creamy consistency similar to a batter.
Pour into the mold: take a silicone mold (10-12 cm in diameter, no need to grease it) and pour in the batter. Level the surface with a silicone spatula.
Cook in the air fryer: preheat the air fryer to 160°C for about 3 minutes, insert the mold, and cook for 25 minutes. Check the doneness with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let cool and serve: remove the cake from the air fryer and let it cool in the mold for 10 minutes. Carefully unmold it and transfer it to a serving plate.

Variations: add cinnamon or vanilla, apple pieces in the batter, slivered almonds or walnuts on top; vegan version (1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 2 tablespoons of water instead of the egg and soy yogurt); chocolate variation (1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa). Presentation tips: dust with cinnamon or decorate with apple slices or berries.
