- All-purpose flour
200g200g - Lactose-free plain yogurt
100g100g - Water
70g70g - Fresh brewer's yeast
5g5g - Salt
5g5g - Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Garlic cloveto taste
- Parsleyto taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
In a bowl or stand mixer, mix flour, yogurt, water, yeast, and finally salt.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Let it rise until it doubles in volume, covered with plastic wrap (about 3/4 hours at 19/20 degrees Celsius).
- STEP 4 OF 6
Divide the dough, form small balls, and roll them out with the help of a rolling pin.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Cook in a non-stick pan (very hot) for a couple of minutes on each side (when it puffs up, turn it over).
- STEP 6 OF 6
Season with a mix of oil, parsley, and garlic.
