
Spiced Bundt Cake with Caramelized Walnuts
A cake that tastes like Christmas, soft and moist with an intense aroma that fills the whole house, with a crunchy surface of caramelized walnuts, a perfect dessert to bring to the people we love.
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour
300g300g - Whole cane sugar
50g50g - Soy milk
330g330g - Sunflower oil
40g40g - Baking powder
12g12g - Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon
- Caramel with walnuts
- Walnuts
100g100g - Sugar
60g60g - Agave syrup or honey
40g40g - Vegetable margarine or butter
20g20g - Saltto taste
- CinnamonAs needed
- NutmegA pinch
- Star anise (optional)As needed
- GingerA pinch
- Cloves

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Boil the milk with all the spices over low heat for 5 minutes.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Strain the milk and then add all the ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil).
- STEP 3 OF 5
Pour into an 18/21 cm mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test, when it's dry it's ready).

Meanwhile, prepare the caramel by melting the sugar together with the agave syrup and walnuts. When it reaches a fluid consistency, pour it over the cake while still hot and let everything cool.
