
Take a broccoli, cut the florets and boil them in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes.
Once the time has passed, drain them and mash them with a fork.
Combine these with Parmigiano, breadcrumbs, oil, and salt. Mix well.
Take a portion of the mixture, flatten it, place a piece of cheese in the center, and close it.
Cook for a few minutes on both sides in a non-stick pan.
