Preparation

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar.

In a separate bowl, combine the yolks with milk, flour, and baking powder.

Gradually add the egg whites, folding them in gently from bottom to top.

Cook on a non-stick pan with a lid, adding a splash of water.
