
Spinach crepes with only 3 ingredients!
Boil the spinach in salted water for a few minutes. Squeeze them and let them cool.
Blend the boiled spinach with egg and flour using a mixer.
For each crepe, pour 2 tablespoons of batter onto a non-stick pan and cook on both sides for a few minutes. Fill as desired.
