
Savory wrap inspired by Thai flavors, quick to prepare, dairy-free, and egg-free. Uses crunchy peanut butter for a crunchy and satisfying touch. Can be made with turkey or tofu for a vegetarian version and with gluten-free tortillas if needed.

Lightly heat the tortilla on a skillet or grill to make it softer.
Spread the tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter over the tortilla in an even layer.
Drizzle with lime juice distributing it over the peanut butter.
Place the sliced turkey (or tofu) in the center of the tortilla, then add the julienned carrots, cucumber strips, and mixed salad.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tightly roll the tortilla to form the wrap.
Grill the wrap for about 1–2 minutes on each side (total ~2 minutes) until golden and compact.
Cut in half and serve hot or warm.
