Beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a frothy and light mixture.
Add the oil and tea, alternating with the sifted flour.
Finally, add the baking powder, orange zest, and chocolate chips (leaving some for the top).
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 24cm square pan.
Slice the peaches and distribute them over the surface of the cake.
Add the sliced almonds, remaining chocolate chips, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool well and cut into squares.
In the refrigerator
The squares can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, and are excellent served with peach tea or fruit juice.
