Preparation

    In a shaker, place the ice, pisco, hibiscus syrup, lime or lemon juice, and beetroot juice.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Shake vigorously for at least one minute to slightly froth the egg white.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Pour into a champagne coupe or old fashioned glass.
