Preparation

Peel the kiwi and blend it with 2 handfuls of arugula to taste, the Parmesan, a pinch of coarse salt, pepper, the juice of half a lemon, and the oil a little at a time.

Naturally, depending on the desired consistency, you can add more arugula or kiwi.
