Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture onto a work surface and form a dough.
Make balls of about 20 g each, flatten them with your hands.
Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put a few chocolate chips on top.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
