  • Milk300mL
  • Cornstarch, corn flour or all-purpose flour1unit
  • Untreated orange and lemon zestto taste
  • Pistachio crumbsto taste
  • Extra virgin olive oilto taste
  • Saltto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Finely grate the Grana Padano.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    In a pan over low heat, add the milk, a tablespoon of cornstarch, mix with a whisk, add the grated Grana Padano and mix again.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Drop the dumplings directly into the cream and cook for 5-6 minutes (or the time indicated on the package) by slightly increasing the heat.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Plate by adding the orange and lemon zest, pistachio crumbs, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
