Lasagna Bolognese is one of the symbolic dishes of Italian cuisine: layers of egg pasta, rich ragù, and creamy bechamel combine to create a succulent and comforting dish.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a lightly oiled baking dish, spread a thin first layer of ragù and bechamel.
Lay the dried lasagna sheets. Add a layer of ragù, a layer of bechamel, and a sprinkle of grated Parmigiano.
Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, finishing with ragù, bechamel, and parmigiano.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and gratin. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve hot.
