Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a lightly oiled baking dish, spread a thin first layer of ragù and béchamel.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Place the dried lasagna sheets. Add a layer of ragù, a layer of béchamel and a sprinkling of grated Parmigiano.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, finishing with ragù, béchamel and Parmigiano.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the surface is golden and gratined. Remove from the oven, let rest a few minutes and serve hot.
