
This smoothie combines the light sweetness and creaminess of chufa flour with the intense tart flavor and vibrant color of raspberry powder. It is perfect for a refreshing and antioxidant-rich drink during hot summer days.



Place the banana (fresh or frozen), chufa flour, raspberry powder, cold plant-based milk, lemon or lime juice, and sweetener (if using) into the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
If using a fresh banana, add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
Taste the smoothie and add more raspberry powder for a stronger flavor and brighter color, or more sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or fresh raspberry slices, if desired.
