Single-serving tart made with ripe pear, chufa flour, and unsweetened cocoa, with no added sugars and dairy-free. Simple and quick to prepare, cooked in an air fryer; the ripe pear provides natural sweetness and a soft texture inside.

Wash the pear, peel it and cut it into large pieces. The riper the pear, the sweeter the tart will be naturally.
Place the pear in the blender along with the egg, chufa flour, unsweetened cocoa, and water.
Blend until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous, and slightly thick mixture, similar to a batter.
Pour the mixture into a single-serving mold suitable for the air fryer (preferably silicone or ceramic).
Cook in the air fryer at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Check the cooking: the tart should be compact on the outside but soft on the inside.
Add our Chufa Flakes and melted dark chocolate as a topping!
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the mold and serving.
