
A creamy and flavorful first course where the salmon combines with the sweetness of the leeks and the crunch of the walnuts. A burst of flavor that will win you over at the first bite!

Clean and slice the leek, cook it in a pan for 5 minutes with oil, garlic, sage and a little hot water.
Set aside about 2 tablespoons of the leeks and blend the rest in a mixer.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Pour the leek cream into a pan, add the cream and a little of the pasta cooking water.
Add the chopped smoked salmon, the leeks set aside and cook for a couple of minutes.
Finish cooking the pasta in the sauce with more cooking water.
Add the lemon zest and pepper at the end.
Serve garnished with chopped walnuts.
