Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook it in the microwave for 7 minutes at 900w.
Boil the potatoes in a large pot.
Mash the cooked pumpkin and mix it with the Parmigiano and half of the boiled and blended potatoes to obtain a creamy mixture.
Place the other half of the blended potatoes into molds.
Cook the rigatoni in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then drain and stuff them with the pumpkin and potato mixture.
Sprinkle the rigatoni with grated Parmigiano and bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
