Preparation

    In a bowl, break the chocolate into small pieces, then melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave for a few seconds.

    In another bowl, crumble the biscuits coarsely and pour the sugar into a large bowl.

    Add the softened butter and unsweetened cocoa, mixing vigorously with a whisk.

    Combine the melted chocolate and mix again, then add the crumbled biscuits.

    Incorporate the biscuits well into the rest of the mixture and pour onto a sheet of baking paper, rolling to form the shape of a salami.
