- Dark chocolate
200g200g - Butter
100g100g - Unsweetened cocoa powder
10g10g - Sugar
150g150g - Dry biscuits
100g100g - Powdered sugar
Preparation

In a bowl, break the chocolate into small pieces, then melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave for a few seconds.
- STEP 2 OF 6
In another bowl, crumble the biscuits coarsely and pour the sugar into a large bowl.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add the softened butter and unsweetened cocoa, mixing vigorously with a whisk.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Combine the melted chocolate and mix again, then add the crumbled biscuits.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Incorporate the biscuits well into the rest of the mixture and pour onto a sheet of baking paper, rolling to form the shape of a salami.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours; then, sprinkle with powdered sugar and slice to serve.
