One quarter in new acacia barriques for 7 months and three quarters in steel for 7 months. The color is straw yellow. On the nose, hints of gooseberry, acacia, and apricot, floral wine, with notes of lily of the valley, lemon flowers, daffodil, gardenia, acacia flowers, and lavender. Exotic notes, with hints of yellow peach, mango, pineapple, and citrus peels at the finish. On the palate it is warm, round, fresher than savory, but harmonious and very soft. Recommended pairing with first courses with meat sauces, mushroom dishes, medium-aged cheeses, and second courses with poultry, rabbit, and game. Recommended temperature: 14-16° C
