Vinification After a careful selection on the vine, the grapes are gently destemmed. Fermentation and maturation of the must for about 15 days. A portion of the obtained wine rests in French oak tonneaux for a period ranging from 180 to 240 days; the remaining one completes its aging in bâtonnage in stainless steel tanks, and then the blend is composed. Bottle aging varies from 4 to 5 months. COLOR Ruby red with violet reflections. Aroma Wide, intense and persistent bouquet. Notes that combine fruity components with hints of violet petals.
