The brewer - and calling him a brewer is reductive - has established himself over the years as one of the most skilled producers of Druiven Lambic, or Lambic with the addition of grapes. This is certainly the case with Vigneronne. The grapes used come from France, mainly from the Muscat varietal, which makes this Lambic gentler, more elegant, and delicate. In this bottle, there is not a blend of Lambic from multiple vintages, but rather a beer that re-ferments thanks to the addition of a type of "liqueur de tirage".
