Costanzo Butter is a fresh cheese made with buffalo whey and cow whey. For the production of our butter, we use an artisanal process of ancient craftsmanship, utilizing whey centrifugation through a separator to produce cream, which is then slowly matured in our cells. Formats of 100 g, 200 g, and 500 g are always available. Fat content 82%. Store in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C. Milk origin: Italy. Ingredients: buffalo whey and cow whey.
