
Our braid with buffalo milk is a fresh spun cheese made exclusively from the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It features an ancient artisanal process of mozzarella-making and is available in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire pouch in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always store mozzarella in its whey and not to put it in the refrigerator.
