The milk is the same used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella, for this reason, the flavor is identical. The difference occurs during production where the milk is made lactose-free. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow intolerant people to consume mozzarella or dishes made from it, but not only! It is also suitable for those who consume excessive dairy products frequently. It is available in round, aversana, bite-sized pieces, or braided, starting from a minimum of 100g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively on order. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes.
