Preparation

    Rehydrate the burger mix with water and oil, as indicated on the package.

    Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, then shape it; let it rest for another 10 minutes in the fridge. Refine the shape with a pastry cutter and cook in a pan with a little olive oil.

    Assemble the mini sandwiches by alternating lettuce, tomato, burgers, and mayonnaise.

    Cut the zucchini into chunks and the peppers into thick strips.
