Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water while preparing the sausages.
In a bowl, pour the Altro sausage mix and hydrate it with oil and cold water. Mix, let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes, and form the sausages, which we cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes.
Cut the sausages into pieces and create our pie.
Prick a roll of puff pastry and lay slices of cheese, broccoli florets, and sausage on it.
Finish with two tablespoons of breadcrumbs on top and a generous drizzle of oil.
Bake at 180°C for about half an hour.
Great both hot and cold, it can be served as a main dish or as an appetizer.
