Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer, add the lemon juice, and then all the ingredients as per the recipe, also adding half an apple in small pieces. Mix everything for a few seconds.

    Pour the batter into the mold and decorate with more small pieces of apple and brown sugar.

    Preheat the static oven to 180 degrees.
