Preparation

Blend all the ingredients until you get a creamy consistency.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Heat a small pan and brush it with butter.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Pour a ladle of the mixture into the pan, trying to cover the entire surface.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Cook until the mixture sets.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Add the cheese and fold the cachapa in half.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Use a spatula to gently flip the cachapa and melt the cheese before serving.
