Preparation

In a container suitable for blending with an immersion blender, place the chickpeas, oil, Tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. Mix everything together and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.

If the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to adjust the creaminess. Finally, add salt or soy sauce to taste.

You can adjust the flavor according to your preferences: if you prefer it more tangy, add more lemon; if you want it more flavorful, add more garlic; or if you want a unique taste, replace the salt with soy sauce, omitting the water.
