
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk for about one minute, until you get a creamy mixture without lumps.
Grease a pan with oil (wipe off excess oil with absorbent paper).
Spoon the batter into the pan, cover with a lid.
Cook for 2/3 minutes on each side over low heat.
Serve with maple syrup, hazelnut or cocoa cream, honey, jam, or fresh fruit.
