
A delicious vegan pudding, perfect as a light and healthy dessert.
Crush the cookies and soak them with a few tablespoons of milk, mix and form the base at the bottom of the glass.
In a pot, pour the plant-based milk with the hot chocolate mix and agar agar, cook while stirring continuously until boiling.
Pour into the glass and let it thicken in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, decorate with Granola and fresh fruit.
Store in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled, decorated with granola and fresh seasonal fruit.
