A delicious plant-based custard with Beamy egg, perfect for sweets and desserts. Easy to prepare and irresistibly creamy!
Heat the milk or plant-based drink in a saucepan with the vanilla and/or lemon zest.
Combine the Beamy mix with water and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the sugar and flour, mix well.
Gradually pour the hot milk into the bowl with the mixture, continuing to stir.
Cook until the cream thickens.
Once cooled, blend the cream to make it even smoother.
Fridge
You can store the cream in the fridge for up to 3 days. Great to serve with fresh fruit, cookies, or as a filling for pastries and cakes.
